1. About these terms By using asmyjewels.com and placing an order, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by [REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("ASMY Jewels", "we", "us").

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and descriptions We work hard to describe and photograph our pieces accurately. Colours may appear slightly different on your screen depending on your display. Minor variations in handcrafted and plated pieces are normal and are not defects.

All our jewellery is 18K PVD gold-plated stainless steel. It is demi-fine jewellery — it is not solid gold, and is not sold as such.

4. Pricing and payment All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including where an item has been listed at an incorrect price, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Orders An order is confirmed only when you receive our order confirmation email. Until then, we may decline it.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds Governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Care and warranty Our pieces are built to last with normal wear. Damage from misuse, accidents, contact with chemicals or perfume, or improper storage isn't covered. See the care guidance in our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual property All content on this site — including our name, wordmark, logo, product photography, and copy — belongs to ASMY Jewels and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY, STATE].
