We want your ASMY piece to reach you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

Order processing Orders are processed and dispatched within [1–2] business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery timelines Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro cities: [3–5] business days
  • Rest of India: [5–8] business days
  • Remote and non-serviceable pin codes: [7–10] business days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery can be affected by weather, regional restrictions, festival volumes, and courier delays, which are outside our control.

Tracking your order Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track it from your account on asmyjewels.com. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate.

Failed delivery and incorrect addresses Our courier partners attempt delivery up to [3] times. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate — we can't be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because delivery attempts failed or the address was wrong, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping, which may attract an additional shipping charge.

Damaged in transit If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery where possible, and contact us at hello@asmyjewels.com within [48] hours with photographs of the outer packaging and the item. See our Return & Refund Policy for how we'll resolve it.
